This is my lab at Miramar College. I usually talk from behind the bench, near the whiteboard. This is our second-to-last lab of the year: titration of sodium hydroxide into a known amount of potassium hydrogen phthalate. The students are standardizing the sodium hydroxide so they can use it during the next lab to deterimine the concentration of acetic acid in a sample of vinegar.
