Matt tried out for and won a spot in the California Music Educators Association's 2001 All-County Honor Band this year. Here he is at a rehearsal in February. Many other photos of the band in rehearsal and in their March 7th concert may be seen at the honor band website (click on the photo).

Matt is the one with the dark blue shirt over a white T-shirt (just left and front of the drummer in green).
