This is Amory Lovins of the Rocky Mountain Institute. He gave one of the keynote presentations at the South Coast Air Quality Management District's Clean Air Technologies 2001 conference, which I attended today at the Disneyland Hotel in Anaheim. (No, I didn't go on any rides.)
Lovins spoke about his concept of a new car (http://www.hypercar.com) that will run on hydrogen. It's going to be competitively priced, safer, cleaner, and smarter than today's cars. Quite revolutionary. I want one. Unfortunately, it's not yet in production. Perhaps in 5-10 years...
