Happy Valentine's Day.

Scott and I went on a field trip today. The entire 7th grade class took a bus to Buena Park (in Orange County) to visit Medieval Times, which has an elaborate dinner show in their indoor stadium. The dinner (lunch, in our case) consists of a half-chicken, half-potato, apple, juice, and cookie, eaten without utensils! Kids sit 5 or 6 rows deep in an oval around the stadium, where knights ride on horses in all sorts of medieval contests, tournaments, and battles.
