Our front yard was decorated last night. This time, they didn't get our big pine tree, focusing instead on our little, leafless liquid amber tree, the basketball hoop, and a few things near our front door. The plastic wrap driveway blockade was something new as well. Chalk notes on the pavement gave away the culprits and made the assignment of a cleanup crew rather straightforward: "We love you Matt. The Girls." and "Have fun cleaning, Matt!" and "Shannon <heart symbol>'s U." Some would look at these actions as vandalism. While we're happy this doesn't occur every night, we just smile and say, "Well, at least our kids are popular."
