Today was semi-finals day for RPB, our community youth basketball league. These are some kids from the 4th grade division, checking in to play in the third quarter of their game. When I watch the game, I typically work at the scorer's table as either the scorekeeper or the timekeeper. The scorekeeper tracks the score, points per player, fouls, and various other statistics on the scoresheets. The timekeeper operates the scoreboard and clock, which you can see on top of the table here. It's a difficult and stressful job sometimes, especially when both coaches are getting excited during the game, but it's the best seat in the house for watching the games.
