Andrew is my boss's boss, and our division manager. The corporation is divided into companies, sectors, groups, operations, and divisions. The division is the primary profit center and stands on its own to generate business (or not). For the past few years, I've been in Andrew's division. He's my fourth division manager in 12 years, and perhaps the best. Our division is comprised of scientists and engineers who specialize in air quality, water quality, land issues, statistics, computer applications, and environmental regulations. I think our strength is in our diversity. Never a dull moment! Fortunately, Andrew makes managing all this look easy, and is a great guy to have around the office.
