Today I got a nice sunburn walking two miles south from the Amtrak bridge over Penasquitos Lagoon in Del Mar down to Flat Rock, then back again. I suppose if I were to run this route every day, I'd be quite ready to compete in the Pier Run this August, but I'm quite content with walking it.
