CARC23 July 2002

Our work this week takes us into all sorts of military-industrial areas. We're visiting two depot level maintenance facilities, which is the highest level (most complex) of maintenance. This one has a paint booth where they coat trucks and other vehicles with special camouflage paint. We visited the paint storage area to check on various things like recordkeeping, labeling, volatile organic compound content, etc. This is my partner, John, taking to our escort, the environmental manager. I met him five and a half years ago, when I first visited the Stockton facility
