We have not taken many photos this week. Mostly, I've been experimenting with our new camera, capturing scenes around our house. Sometimes the little decorations are the things we see the most, but never really notice. I'll be featuring shots like this from here, Willard, Midland, Winona, and elsewhere on this site as the months go by. These items are right behind our kitchen sink, in the bay window facing west. All we see outside is our fence, covered with blue thistle, and the white wall of our neighbor's house in the background, about 10 feet away. Thanks to Susan, our inside view is much more interesting. The cow is sitting on a collapsable basket like the ones we enjoyed in Landenberg a couple of years ago.
