Scott and his friend enjoyed the plentiful food samples at the Westview High School open house on Saturday. This is the newest school in our city. It has effectively split our community in two, while relieving the overcrowding at Mount Carmel HS (built in 1974).

Scott's band sounded much better than the Westview band. Fortunately for Westview, Scott's school feeds into this one, so things are looking up for the HS band. Scott will not be going to this school, despite all the wonders of its newness. He'll join Matt at the older school next year to take advantage of its highly respected music and academic programs.
