Happy Thanksgiving28 November 2002

We had a nice Thanksgiving dinner of turkey and stuffing (cooked by Bob T), mashed potatoes, yams with marshmallow, green beans, cranberry sauce, and apple cider. Spinach dip in a loaf of bread was the appetizer; pies for dessert.

After dinner, we sat around the fireplace playing a game of "Life."

After Bob left, Scott and I watched "The Sting" on DVD. It was hard, but worth it, not telling him about the ending.

Later in the evening, we had a nice dip in the spa. Scott lived up to his Finnish heritage by jumping into the 54-degree pool straight from the 100-plus degree spa. I think he found it quite refreshing.
