December 2002
No matter how hard one tries to take a nice photograph
of a peaceful crowd during a Holiday Potluck, somebody always ends up
pounding his fist on the table.
No, actually, I have no idea what Dave was doing over
there on the right side; probably just reaching for some food. We had
quite a spread for lunch today, casseroles, salads, desserts, Gary's famous
artichoke dip, my "uncle Oscar's" greek salad (actually purchased
at a restaurant called Oscar's), Greg's potatoes au gratin, Ed's Armenian
delight, and a birthday cake for our boss, Andrew. A good time was had
by all. After this, all I really wanted to do was lie down on the couch
and take a nap. Unfortunately, the company doesn't provide couches as
part of the working environment. Ah well, back to work we go...
