Sue ran the San Diego Half-Marathon early this morning, after staying up much of the night with "influenza." We arrived in Carlsbad early and waited in the car for a while to stay warm in the cold, dark, foggy morning. Here she is after running seven miles or so, heading back to the finish line at the Plaza Camino Real shopping mall.

We took Sue and Chris to Torrey Pines later in the day for a 4-mile walk up the cliffs and along the beach.
