I took a few scenic photos at the Base today, but couldn't resist posting this one. The EPA has a requirement to crush used oil filters (from internal combustion engines) before they are disposed to the trash. If not crushed, they must be disposed as hazardous waste. The folks at the Base added another requirement, as shown here.

Umm, yes, I think I get it... or ...okay, maybe not. And who else could...?... oh never mind.
