Matt and I went to the Padres game against the Giants tonight. We've been taking Matt to baseball games at this stadium since early in the 1987 season, and this may be our last time here, as the Padres will be moving into a new downtown stadium ("Petco Park") next spring. We witnessed a wonderful game, with a little bit of everything, good pitching, good hitting, good fielding, plus a relatively rare Padres win.
