Bill and John comprised one of the five teams who were sending us their assessment findings all week long. Here they are on the last day of our visit, back at headquarters, going over a few of our comments. No, John isn't really as worried as he looks; he just likes hamming it up for the camera now and then. In a few hours, we'll all be back home again.
