Tom, Amy, and I met in St. Cloud, Minnesota, today for a
round of disc golf at Calvary Hills Park. Driving from Minnespolis, they
got there first, and directed me to the course with instructions on the
cell phone as I arrived from the north. Starting at around 6 pm, we thought
we'd be lucky to get one round in. Turned out that the course has only 12
holes, so we started another. Part way through that round, we thought we'd
be lucky to finish it in daylight, but by the time we were done, it was
still bright enough, so we decided to play a couple more holes before we
left, and ended up playing an entire third round of 12, for a total of 36
holes! After a nice dinner at the Olive Garden, we made our long
drives back where we came from.
