Driving by Torrey Pines golf course on my way home. Not
bad traffic for a Friday night. I stopped at the beach for a run, but realized
I didn't bring my running stuff, so I drove straight home instead. The great
thing about my commute is that I can avoid highways all the way, and I go
right by the ocean. It's a bit longer than the more direct route, which
includes the 5-805 split, one of the busiest freeway intersections in the
country, but it' worth it. When I got home, I watched the Wolves-Lakers
game, then went out for a little shopping, now time for bed so I can get
up and teach in the morning.
