The kids went to Denny's after the band banquet ended at midnight last night. After that, they went to visit our neighbor, Jordan, who is back from UCSB this weekend. He had an especially long day, having spent most of it at his first "driving" class. Matt also got up early yesterday, to take the ACT standardized tests in the morning. I woke up today to find Scott asleep in his shirt and tie. At least he took off his suitcoat.

Spent most of the day going thru papers and organizing things around the house. It's a long-overdue housecleaning forced, of course, by the imminent visit of Mom and Dad, whom I've been tracking on amtrak.com.
