Here we are about 4 and 1/2 miles from our house, and almost half-way to the beach. This was Matt's first bike ride in about three years. The bike was a Christmas present in 2000. It was great getting onto this road, which we've been hearing about since we moved into our Rancho Penasquitos neighborhood 17 years ago. I hope we repeat this ride many times over the next few years.
