We arrived in Easton a bit too early, so we decided to
take a drive to the coast. After a short ferry boat ride, we stumbled
upon the Bella Luna Italian Market in Royal Oak, Maryland, where we found
one of the best lunches I've ever enjoyed. My seafood kabob, Heather's
portabello mushroom sandwich, and our artichoke heart appetizer were beautifully
presented and very tasty. Quite a nice surprise for a working lunch. Soon
enough, we were back to the environmental assessments, but this late morning
lunch was one of the highlights of our week.
