I've always liked this photo of Matt at Glacier Park, even though he was quite miserable at the time. We spent several days driving around Glacier on our way home from Maine in 1997 and after stopping for a couple of days in Minneapolis. We had intended on doing a lot of camping and hiking, but Matt wasn't feeling well at all, so we drove around in the car most of the time. I think we slept in it too, or got a hotel some nights. All in all, it was a wonderful trip, and included the kids' first visit to Canada..
