Mom, Dad, and I had a wonderful dinner at Rich and Annie's house last night. Tom and Amy stopped by too. Annie whipped up a pineapple upside-down cake after we finished dining on mushrooms, lentil soup, fennel and apples, beets, and sweet potatoes. Before dinner, we had a nice cheese tray. Boy, I'm full.
