14 February 2005

I was down at Spanish Landing this morning, working on my computer in the car, as I sometimes do when I find I'm too unfocused to get anything done in my office or at home. A group of people came by with roses and dropped them into San Diego Bay. Perhaps it was a family remembering a lost loved one. Anyway, an hour or so after they left, I got out of my car and found that the roses hadn't drifted too far. This one was close enough for a photograph.

Happy Valentine's Day.
