The view of St. Augustine from the lighthouse is quite nice, especially when viewed with a 300 mm lens. Its historic district, which seems to be its main downtown area as well, is like no other city I've seen. It's got 500 years of history and unique architecture. I'm starting to like the place, but will be happy to be back home in a few days.
