We enjoyed the first field show performance of the marching season today at the homecoming football game. The band sat in the stands and played "pep band" songs throughout the game, which featured homecoming ceremonies at halftime. Somehow, it just wasn't the same without Matt and his trumpet. As usual, however, Susan helped with the uniforms, Scott played his trombone and had a great time with his friends in the pep band, and I stood around and took photos (which is my way of avoiding any other real responsibilities during the evening).
