We've been seeing commercials for Sonic restaurant for years now, and never have eaten there because they're all up in the LA area. After Scott's volleyball tournament at El Camino College yesterday, we called Susan at home and asked her to find a Sonic for us to visit on the way home. She identified one on Lemon Street in Anaheim, so we found it. It's a classic drive-in restaurant with microphone ordering and delivery to the car. Scott had a cheeseburger and I had the foot-long cheese dog (rollover) with onion rings. Both of us enjoyed the real-fruit frozen smoothies. We were careful not to spill anything in the new car.
