Our weekend was spent mostly in a huge warehouse furnished with 30 or so volleyball courts and filled with high school kids from all around Southern California. Scott and his team got lots of games in and won their first match ever on Saturday morning.

Susan drove up to Irvine in the morning to retrieve Matt, who has completed his first quarter of college. They visited the American Sports Center in Anaheim to watch a few of Scott's games before going home.
