Today we took the buses with the marching band up to Pasadena City College for a field show exhibition as part of the Rose Bowl festivities. Unfortunately, the show got cancelled due to rain and we ended up just going straight back to the hotel after walking around the college for a while trying to figure out what was going on. Susan, Matt, and I grabbed some hot dogs just before they closed the snack stand; Scott and the band were treated to burgers and fries from In-and-Out Burger restaurant, who were set up in one of the parking lots to serve thousands of kids at once.

The evening went much better, as it was all indoors. We went to the dinner show at Medieval Times.
