Scott and I drove up to Irvine to watch a volleyball game with Matt. The UCI team, ranked #2 in the nation, beat #5 UCLA in three games: 30-26, 30-28, and 30-21. We had noodle soups for dinner at a Japanese restaurant before the game, then sat for a while at Starbucks after the match.
