Starting off the new year with a healthy breakfast: a mix of multigrain cereals; oat bran, frozen pineapples, cherries, and blueberries. 2 minutes in the microwave and it's ready to eat. Only 5 points (p) on the Weight Watchers scale, where c is calories, f is fat, and r is fiber from the nutrition label.
Based on my age, height, weight, and typical activity level, I should be consuming less than or equal to 39 "points" per day in order to shed a few pounds.
