Photographing softball games at Point Loma is difficult because the fence blocks nearly every shot. The only place where the fence is not in the way is out in right field along the foul line and from there the sun is always right behind the players. The best shots are from behind the plate, where my lens almost fits between the strings in the backstop fence. Here's the home team's catcher, Allie, driving in a run with a double to right.
