Matt and Jess came down and the Mosher's joined us for a Memorial Day barbecue today. The idea stared when Susan and I were in the grocery store, and she saw some shiskabobs pictured in a magazine. They were made from chicken, pineapple, and onions. We decided to try them and really enjoyed the results. The four kids did most of the cooking.
