4 September 2011 - ZucchiniFest!

Susan grew a giant zucchini in her garden this summer. It was nearly two feet long. After it sat around in our house for a couple of days, she came up with an idea: ZucchiniFest! Each of us was to make a dish for Sunday dinner that had zucchini in it. She asked us to submit entries beforehand so that we could have a relatively balanced dinner (i.e., not all desserts or appetizers). The meal turned out great. We're excited to continue the tradition with Carrot Cuisine next week. If that goes well, we'll keep going with other foods.
