It's not often that someone who lives in Taiwan comes to visit us at Sea Mist. This is Charles, who went to Nature Training School with Tom almost 30 years ago. Later, he went through Chandler, Doherty, and Beloit with Tom, and was best man at Tom and Amy's wedding. He has lived in Taiwan for quite a long time now, but is still one of our family's closest friends. In fact, he even visited me once here in San Diego, where his aunt and uncle owned a bookstore. Some of the best times during our week in Maine have been when friends like Chuck come to visit.
