This plane reminded me of last year's Science Olympiad. Scott competed in an event called The Wright Stuff, where they had to make little wooden, rubberband-powered airplanes, then see how long they can stay aloft in a gymnasium. Scott's plane stayed up for a minute or two. The winner's plane flew for three or four minutes. This plane is similar to Scott's, but on a slightly larger scale, and with slightly more advance engineering. Maybe we should hire the owner to be our Science Olympiad coach next year.
