Here's Scott again with our female cat, Jazzy, in our computer/piano room (which used to be our dining room). Jazzy is affectionate, especially when she's hungry, but most of the time, she's rather shy. She'll come sit on our laps, but only on her own terms. If you reach for her, she'll duck away and scurry off to another part of the house. This morning, I snagged her and plopped her in Scotty's lap. This time, she didn't seem to mind very much, and stayed with Scott for quite a while without any struggle. It's nice when she puts up with us for a while.
