We worked at the marine base all day again today, and I didn't take many photos. On the drive back, my friend, Steve, was describing his visit to Ocean Park to one of our other coworkers, so I decided to go into my archives and look at photos from the summer of 2000.

Here's Tom executing a nice tip toward Amy. Wood Island and Eagle Island in the background. Sun setting behind us, giving the ocean its pink-blue, metallic glow. Even after having visited Alaska, Hawaii, St. Croix, Iwo Jima, Point Reyes, and San Diego, this is one of my favorite views in the world.
