I drove to Miramar College for a meeting today and noticed some strange objects on the roof of the new Science Building, which is nearing completion. I thought it was some sort of constuction equipment, but thought the shapes were oddly curved. Looking more closely, I noticed that it's a dinosaur up there! What a nice idea. This photo was distributed to the faculty mailing list, but no explanation of the dinosaur's origin has yet been offered.
