This is Matt at the SD Yacht Club back in 1999, when Rich and Jane were visiting. I'm not sure, but I think he pulled this skinned fish carcas out of the trash can, or maybe he picked it up and was dropping it into the trash can. Doesn't really matter. Nobody else wanted to touch it.
