Since we spent $8.25 for the privilege to drive around the Carmel neighborhood, I thought I'd better post a photo of us next to the "Lone Cyprus" tree. The 17-mile drive is nice, and might be worth a slight fee, but it doesn't compare to the rest of the coastline, which happens to be free.
