Tommy Lee was playing with all the rest of the drum line.  He was in a regular band uniform, so I didn't see any of his famous tattoos.  I saw lots of video cameras filming his every move and lots of girls posing next to him for personal pictures on digital cameras.  He seemed to be keeping up pretty well with the drumline.  I didn't figure out exactly who he was until late in the game, but it was pretty obvious from the cameras and the gathering crowd that he was some sort of guest with rock-star status.   I guess their usually public rehearsals on Friday were private this week.  There was an apology from the band on their website.  I also read later on that the University of Arkansas refused Lee's request to go there, so apparently UNL was his second choice.

DWL
