Scott's JV volleyball team beat our neighborhood rival, Westview, in their best of three game match today by winning both games convincingly. Scott played in the second game, but only after the opening server had opened up a 14-0 lead with his sinking, hard serves. Here's Scott giving Tyler a nice easy set in the front row. I've been taking off from work to see these 3:30 matches, which end at about 5 pm, then returning work for a while to catch up with things. Fortunately, they've been playing on Tuesdays and Thursdays, so I don't need to worry about getting to my chemistry classes. Hawaii was beautiful and relaxing and I was able to ignore all of my work while I was there. That made it even nicer to be back into the daily routine upon our return.
