This fish sits next to one of the new buildings at Miramar College, where I've been teaching for the past 18 years. It's actually rarely-used a bike rack. The college has very few bicycle commuters. Most people get here by car, so a good part of the campus is covered by asphalt parking lots. I'm all for public art, though, so I like the fish.
